About Pastry Joy

I’m Jess, founder and baker at Pastry Joy, a home-based bakery. What began as a personal love for baking has grown into a thoughtful pursuit of flavor, beauty, and connection. Every pastry I create is made by hand, rooted in simplicity and elevated through technique and flavor.

My approach is shaped by hands-on experience and classes at the Culinary Institute of America and Walnut Hill College. I’m always learning, always evolving—driven by curiosity and a love of craft.

Pastry Joy is about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about creating small, meaningful moments: a pause in the day, a shared bite, a quiet joy.

From signature bakes to curated experiences, I aim to make each offering feel intentional, refined, and joy-filled.
